i spent all today locked in a studio learning how to produce my own songs and this is what i came up with.
dear You,
if you don’t get in touch with, and express that festering pain that’s inside you that perpetrated itself onto you early in your life, you will continually create situations for yourself that mirror this source of your pain. you’re trying to make your internal infesting pain make sense externally.
rationally and quite unconsciously, you think your old pain cannot exist because the source of it is no longer around. but, because you have never truly gotten in touch and released this old pain, your emotional side is still reeling from it.
your life right now is a conflict between your emotions and your rationality.
in order for your mind to make sense of your incessant inner pain, you will continually set up new experiences to apply your old pain to.
to make sense of your old war, you create new battles.
stop fighting. go back to the source and finally feel what you have to so you can be free.
